Ouve agora minha voz, eu te aconselharei, e Deus
será contigo. Sê tu pelo povo diante de Deus, e leva tu as causas a Deus. E
declara-lhes os estatutos e as leis, e faze-lhes saber o caminho em que devem
andar, e a obra que devem fazer. (Êxodo 18:19-20)
Deus
nos ensina que não devemos querer fazer tudo, ou seja, é importante que
possamos delegar inclusive autoridade para que possamos alcançar os nossos
objetivos.
Sentence of
the day: role delegation.
Hear now my voice, I will counsel thee, and God shall be with thee. Be
thou for the people before God, and thou bear the causes unto God. And declare
unto them the statutes and the laws, and make known unto them the way in which
they must walk, and the work which they are to do. (Exodus 18: 19-20)
God teaches us that we should not want to do everything, that is, it is
important that we can even delegate authority so that we can achieve our goals.
