Utilidade Pública: carnaval 2017 - dicas de saúde.

O Carnaval, esse período de festa e folia que será mais intenso este ano, a partir de hoje (sexta-feira), é a maior festa popular do Brasil e uma das mais conhecidas no mundo inteiro, atraindo turistas dos quatro cantos do planeta.

Para aproveitar esta folia e retornar das festas com segurança é importante controlar os abusos durante o carnaval. O álcool é o principal responsável pelos acidentes neste período. Não podemos confundir diversão saudável e responsável com libertinagem, promiscuidade, erotismo, violência e confusão.

O discurso de que tudo pode, não podendo apenas fazer sexo sem camisinha é um discurso um tanto irresponsável e não devia existir com o cunho de incentivo de prática desenfreada de sexo. As autoridades precisam rever certas campanhas envolvendo as prevenções relativas a sexo.

As pessoas que curtem se dizem divertir bastante, sendo que por vezes, essa agitação é extrapolada. De fato, alguns cuidados devem ser tomados para que quem for para a badalação, possa manter seu corpo em um bom estado.

Quem vai comemorar todo o carnaval deve estar ciente que isso é uma maratona. O que acontece, na maioria das vezes, são pessoas que não possuem nenhum tipo de prática física, sedentárias, que vão comemorar quatro dias de folia. Nestes casos, o organismo não está preparado para esse ritmo, sendo necessários maiores cuidados, uma vez que o exagero na hora da folia pode causar problemas.

Um elemento essencial para quem vai festejar o carnaval é a hidratação. As pessoas se agitam, pulam e dançam bastante, acima do normal. Além disso, vale lembrar que o carnaval é realizado durante a estação mais quente do ano, verão. Por esses fatores, pode ocorrer a desidratação do organismo. Assim, é recomendável beber bastante água, sucos naturais e água de coco. As bebidas como cerveja e refrigerante, embora sejam refrescantes, não hidratam o organismo.

Para os apaixonados e simpatizantes que não deixarão de festejar o carnaval, considerado como uma época de muita folia e diversão vai uma sugestão quanto a alguns cuidados que devem tomar durantes esses dias, para manter a saúde. Entre vários os cuidados necessários, o mais importante é com a alimentação:

• Evite a ingestão de alimentos muito calóricos (fritura);
• Evite comidas vendidas em barracas ao ar livre (nessa época é alto o número de pessoas que contraem infecção intestina);
• Dê preferência aos alimentos mais leves (saladas, frutas e sanduíches naturais).

A ingestão de líquidos deve ser continua, com exceção das bebidas alcoólicas, pois contribuem para a desidratação, portanto fique atento. O ideal é a ingestão de água, isotônicos, iogurtes, sucos naturais e água de coco, pois ajudam a manter o corpo hidratado.

A primeira refeição do dia é a mais importante, portanto, antes de cair na folia, tome um café da manhã reforçado.
