Frase do dia: delegação de função.

Ouve agora minha voz, eu te aconselharei, e Deus será contigo. Sê tu pelo povo diante de Deus, e leva tu as causas a Deus. E declara-lhes os estatutos e as leis, e faze-lhes saber o caminho em que devem andar, e a obra que devem fazer. (Êxodo 18:19-20)

Deus nos ensina que não devemos querer fazer tudo, ou seja, é importante que possamos delegar inclusive autoridade para que possamos alcançar os nossos objetivos.

Sentence of the day: role delegation.

Hear now my voice, I will counsel thee, and God shall be with thee. Be thou for the people before God, and thou bear the causes unto God. And declare unto them the statutes and the laws, and make known unto them the way in which they must walk, and the work which they are to do. (Exodus 18: 19-20)

God teaches us that we should not want to do everything, that is, it is important that we can even delegate authority so that we can achieve our goals.

Frase do dia: pregar a palavra.

Quando tem algum negócio vem a mim, para que eu julgue entre um e outro e lhes declare os estatutos de Deus e as suas leis. (Êxodo 18:16)
 

As normas às quais estamos sujeitos nesse mundo foram inspiradas pela sabedoria contida nas escrituras, o que faz das leis algo bom e necessário para o convívio das pessoas em sociedade e possibilitam a tranqüilidade individual. Tão grande a importância das leis terrenas que o próprio Jesus disse que não veio para abolir as normas e sim para obedecer.

Não nos faltarão oportunidades para contribuirmos com a pregação do evangelho. As pessoas têm a necessidade de informações e até mesmo de limites, e tudo isso, com muita segurança está à disposição e de fácil acesso e entendimento na palavra, a qual antes de proferirmos qualquer julgamento ou darmos as nossas opiniões será primordial consultar e darmos conhecimento de acordo com a fonte da sabedoria divina.

 

Sentence of the day: to nail the word. 

 

When he has some business it comes to me, for me to judge among an and other and declare them the statutes of God and your laws. (Exodus 18:16) 

  

The norms to which we are subject in that world were inspired for the wisdom contained in the deeds, what does of the laws something good and necessary for the people's conviviality in society and they make possible the individual peacefulness. So big the importance of the terrestrial laws that own Jesus said that didn't come to abolish the norms and yes to obey. 

 

They won't lack us opportunities for us to contribute with the preaching of the Gospel. The people have the need of information and even of limits, and all this, with a lot of safety is to the disposition and of easy access and understanding in the word, the one which before uttering any judgement or we give our opinions it will be primordial to consult and we give knowledge in agreement with the source of the divine wisdom.
