Utilidade Pública: polêmico julgamento – Lei 100/2007.

A ADI 4876 que trata de questionamentos acerca constitucionalidade do art. 7º e incisos da L.C. nº 100/2007, de 5 de novembro de 2007, do Estado de Minas Gerais, relativa efetivação de profissionais da área da educação, os quais mantinham vínculo precário com a Administração Pública estadual, poderá ser votada no STF a qualquer momento, uma vez que o relator da ação, ministro Dias Toffoli já apresentou seu voto e os respectivos relatórios já se encontram distribuídos (19/02/2014) aos Ministros.

A data do referido julgamento, agora depende apenas do presidente do STF, ministro Joaquim Barbosa. Se o Supremo derrubar a lei, os funcionários terão de deixar os cargos.

A APPMG – Associação de Professores Públicos de Minas Gerais requereu e teve deferido no dia 11/02/2014, o seu pedido para admissão no feito, na qualidade de “amicus curiae”, ou seja, como interventora assistencial em processos de controle de constitucionalidade, na qualidade de entidades que tem representatividade adequada para se manifestar nos autos como interessada na causa, sobre questão de direito pertinente à controvérsia constitucional.

Em maio de 2013, a PGR – Procuradoria Geral da República reiterou a sua opinião pelo conhecimento e procedência do pedido, ou seja, pela INCONSTITUCIONALIDADE da art. 7º e incisos da L.C. nº 100/2007.

Deus nos concedeu o livre arbítrio para decidirmos onde queremos estar e a quem devemos seguir, para decidirmos entre fazer o bem ou o mal, mas, além da liberdade de escolha o Senhor também nos deixou o ensinamento para alcançarmos o reino do céu.

Entre várias atitudes que desagradam ao Senhor, está a ingratidão. Quando fazemos algo por alguém jamais devemos esperar receber em troca, mas, uma coisa é certa, quando somos contemplados com a ajuda, no mínimo devemos expressar a nossa satisfação, e assim, estaremos combatendo uma característica que desagrada a Deus.

Nós não podemos continuar permitindo que a ingratidão permaneça sendo considerada como própria do homem, pois, somos criaturas de Deus que é a pureza e bondade, portanto, o mínimo que podemos fazer é tentarmos seguir por este caminho na qualidade de herdeiros do trono.

A prática do bem sem olhar a quem, não pode ser considerado simplesmente um mero jargão, ao contrário, precisa ser entendido na forma da palavra para que colaboremos no combate às injustiças e possamos ser contemplados com a justiça terrena e divina.

Deus nos deixou o ensinamento para que sejamos capazes de realizar boas obras, as quais serão agradáveis a todos, inclusive às autoridades e que nos enaltecerão onde quer que estejamos.

Há 19 (dezenove) anos nascia você minha filha, Mikaelly Martins Magalhães, especificamente no dia 18/02/1995 e hoje podemos celebrar 19 anos de alegrias e sucesso. Maioridade..? Hum... ainda faltam quantos mesmo..?

Desde o nosso nascimento e a cada aniversário, alegramos aos nossos familiares e devemos nos alegrar, pois, a vida é algo tão valioso, que Deus nos deu a vida do seu próprio Filho para a manutenção da nossa.

Quando celebramos os nossos aniversários, jamais podemos nos esquecer que já somos importantes simplesmente pelo fato do nosso nascimento, esta dádiva divina.

Muitas alegrias e conquistas ainda virão certamente, com elas alguns desafios e aborrecimentos, mas são ínfimos diante a grandeza deste presente de Deus, portanto, devemos agradecer sempre por cada instante e por cada aniversário nesta terra, buscando o aprimoramento, sendo obedientes, praticando a palavra e nos preparando para o reino divino.

Às vezes os nossos pensamentos vagam procurando por uma resposta e, acabam retornando com a resposta errônea do por acaso. Devemos sempre buscar na palavra se os acontecimentos que mais nos intrigam não sejam o cumprimento da vontade de Deus.

Não existem caminhos tortuosos, o Senhor sempre nos envia por caminhos certos, mesmo que hajam desafios, os quais se formos fiéis e zelosos quanto aos ensinamentos divinos, teremos toda a ajuda necessária para vencer as tribulações e alcançarmos a vitória com nossas forças restauradas.

O nosso instrumento principal para afastarmos e destruirmos as ações do inimigo é a oração, portanto, devemos buscar pela fé que existe em nossos corações para que as nossas orações sejam ouvidas e atendidas pelo Senhor que nos deixou o poder por herança.

Quando nos propomos a dedicar à obra do Senhor, precisamos ser perseverantes e efetivamente atuantes, jamais podemos permitir que o desânimo faça com que as nossas ações sejam consideradas relaxadas, ao contrário, o vigor, o amor e a alegria devem ser colocados em tudo que se refira ao atendimento dos desejos de Deus.

Deus nos concede o que precisamos e também o que podemos fazer para ser agradável na Sua presença, portanto, cada um tem a sua particularidade e não deve se preocupar com a vida dos outros.

As obras que agradam ao Senhor e nos competem não carecem inicialmente de local específico, ao contrário, devem ser realizadas não importando onde e sem discriminação; e no tempo certo Deus preparará o ambiente apropriado.

Deus espera que sejamos unidos, sendo solidários uns com os outros, portanto, caso haja alguma desavença, precisamos procurar por uma reconciliação, o que será considerado um ato nobre pelo Senhor que enviou o único Filho para que tivéssemos a oportunidade de nos reconciliarmos com Ele, mesmo após o homem ter traído a Sua confiança.
