Frase do dia: não fazer juras.

Eu, porém, vos digo que de maneira nenhuma jureis; nem pelo céu, porque é o trono de Deus. (Mateus 5:34)

Ao prometermos ou ao negarmos algo para alguém, jamais devemos fazer juras, principalmente pelo céu, pois, não somos dignos para isso. A nós cabe dizermos sim ou não, dependendo da situação, e será o bastante e não desagradará a Deus.

Sentence of the day: not to do vows.

Me, however, I tell you that in way any you take oath; nor for the sky, because it is the throne of God. (Mateus 5:34)

To the we promise or to the we deny something for somebody, we should never make vows, mainly for the sky, because, we are not worthy for that. To us it fits we say yes or not, depending on the situation, and it will be enough and it won't displease God.
