O PROERD - Programa Educacional de Resistência às Drogas e à Violência.
A Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais abraçou este programa com muita seriedade e competência, fazendo com que o programa seja um excelente combatente às drogas e à violência contra os jovens, este grande mal que assola famílias inteiras.
O PROERD conta com as escolas como parceiras, onde são ministradas aulas por policial militar fardado, mediante a aplicação de lições às crianças e adolescentes do ensino fundamental, com o objetivo de reforçar a auto-estima, lidar com as tensões, resistir às pressões do ambiente, além de aprimorar o espírito de cidadania.

Na conclusão do programa do programa, no final de um semestre é realizada uma solenidade de formatura, quando os alunos recebem um certificado de participação e fazem o compromisso de ficarem longe das drogas e da violência.
O Destacamento de Polícia Militar de São Pedro dos Ferros-MG e os parceiros realizam a formatura dos alunos do município, no dia 05/09/2011 (segunda-feira), a partir das 18 horas, na Quadra Poliesportiva Coberta.

PROERD counts with the schools as partners, where classes are supplied by military policeman, by the application of lessons to the children and adolescents of the fundamental teaching, with the objective of reinforcing the self-esteem, to work with the tensions, to resist to the pressures of the atmosphere, besides perfecting the citizenship spirit.
In the conclusion of the program of the program, in the end of one semester a graduation solemnity is accomplished, when the students receive a participation certificate and they make the commitment of they be far away from the drugs and of the violence.
