São assim as veredas de todo aquele que usa de cobiça: ela
põe a perder a alma dos que a possuem. (Provérbios 1:19)
Entre os sábios e inigualáveis conselhos de Deus, está incluído que não devemos permitir que a cobiça esteja presente em nossas ações, a qual é instrumento de destruição não apenas para as questões terrenas, mas, principalmente da alma; portanto, merece toda atenção a sua repreensão para que a paz não seja abalada.
