Hoje iniciamos um novo ano calendário. Mais uma vez surge a expectativa de vida nova,
de dias melhores, de mais prosperidade, enfim, desejamos que a nossa vida seja
renovada.
Por essa ocasião, muitos de nós fazemos vários
planos, inclusive diante do Senhor, prometendo melhoras na nossa vida cristã,
mediante um envolvimento mais profundo com Deus, tanto quanto a nos
entregarmos de “corpo e alma” ao seu trabalho.
Normalmente os planos e projetos são sobre as
coisas desse nosso mundo, as quais surgem naturalmente para um Ano Novo:
investimentos, namoro, casamento, trabalho, viagens, etc. claro que isso não é
nenhum pecado e não nos causará nenhum prejuízo, desde que tomemos
o cuidado de priorizar as nossas ações segundo os ensinamentos do
Senhor.
Ter uma vida mais digna não é pecado nenhum; ter
tranquilidade financeira, também não faz mal algum. Mas não podemos deixar de
nos questionar se a renovação que desejamos por ocasião do surgimento de um Ano
Novo, também incluímos a renovação do nosso coração e da nossa fé.
As sagradas escrituras sabiamente ensina que
devemos nos renovar deixando de lado o mundo e a sua influência que vem
corrompendo e dominando as pessoas.
Na verdade, a renovação verdadeira acontece quando
a velha natureza for crucificada em submissão a Cristo. Ele nos concedeu o
livre arbítrio, mas jamais espera que deixemos de amá-Lo e uma das formas de
demonstrarmos a nossa gratidão e o nosso amor, é renovando os nossos corações
e a nossa fé.
Vamos nos permitir que neste Novo
Ano, Jesus renove nossos corações.
Fazendo com que tenhamos por Ele o merecido amor fervoroso, digno de
glórias.
Precisamos acreditar que mesmo em um mundo como o
nosso, existe possibilidade da atitude
de fé. E está certeza é encontrada antes de tudo em nossa posição
em Jesus Cristo, como podemos observar nos versículos seguintes:
E não sede
conformados com este mundo, mas sede transformados pela renovação do vosso
entendimento, para que experimenteis qual seja a boa, agradável, e perfeita
vontade de Deus. (Romanos 12:2)
Sabendo isto,
que o nosso homem velho foi com ele crucificado, para que o corpo do pecado
seja desfeito, para que não sirvamos mais ao pecado.
(Romanos 6:6)
Porque, se pela ofensa de um só, a morte veio a
reinar por esse, muito mais os que recebem a abundância da graça, e do dom da
justiça, reinarão em vida por um só, Jesus Cristo. (Romanos 5:17)
Mas os que esperam no Senhor renovarão as forças,
subirão com asas como águias; correrão, e não se cansarão; caminharão, e não se
fatigarão. (Isaías
40:31)
New
year: Jesus renews the hearts of your people.
Today
we began a new year calendar. Once again
the expectation of new life appears, of better days, of more prosperity,
finally, we wanted our life to be renewed.
For
that occasion, many of us make several plans, besides before the Mister,
promising improvements in our Christian life, by a deeper involvement with God,
so much with relationship the we give ourselves of "body and soul"
to your work.
Usually
the plans and projects are on the things of our world, which appear naturally
for a New Year: investments, courtship, marriage, work, trips, etc. of course
that is not any sin and it won't cause us any damage, since we are the careful
of prioritizing our actions according to the teachings of the Mister.
To
have a worthier life none is not sinned; to have financial peacefulness, he/she
doesn't also make badly some. But we cannot stop questioning us if the renewal
that we wanted for occasion of the appearance of a New Year, also included the
renewal of our heart and of our faith.
The
sacred deeds wisely teach that should rejuvenate leaving aside the world and
your influence that it is corrupting and dominating the people.
Actually,
the true renewal happens when the old nature be crucified in submission to
Christ. He granted us the free will, but never wait that we stop loving him and
one in the ways of we demonstrate our gratitude and our love, it is renewing
our hearts and our faith.
We
will be permitted that on this New Year, Jesus renews our hearts. Doing with
that we have for Him him deserved fervorous love, worthy of glories.
We
needed to believe that even in a world as ours, possibility of the attitude of
faith exists. And it is certainty it is found before everything in our position
in Jesus Cristo, as we can observe in the following verses:
It
is non thirst conformed with this world, but thirst transformed by the renewal
of your understanding, so that you try which is the good, pleasant, and perfect
will of God. (Roman 12:2)
Knowing
this, that our old man was with him crucified, so that the body of the sin is
undone, so that we don't serve more to the sin. (Roman 6:6)
Because,
if for the offense of only one, the death came to reign for that, much more the
one than they receive the abundance of the grace, and of the talent of the
justice, they will reign in life for only one, Jesus Cristo. (Roman 5:17)
But
the ones that wait in the Mister they will renew the forces, they will arise
with wings as eagles; they will run, and they won't get tired; they will walk,
and they won't get tired. (Isaías
40:31)
